Benefits of breathwork

1. Anxiety Reduction: By focusing on our breath, we can soothe anxious thoughts and feelings, instead, bringing a sense of calmness and control. Taking deep and conscious breaths in before commencing in activities that may make us feel nervous, overwhelmed or anxious helps us to prepare for these events. Practicing breathwork helps us prepare for this.

2. Improved Mood: Conscious breathing can boost the production of feel-good hormones like endorphins and serotonin, lifting our mood and promoting a sense of wellbeing. This provides a natural way to enhance our feelgood levels after every session.

3. Enhanced Focus: Practicing emotional breathwork can sharpen our concentration and mental clarity, helping us to stay focused on tasks and goals. It's like giving our brain a temporary break from operating to it’s fullest extent. Afterwards being able to tackle necessary tasks reinvigorated.

4. Better Sleep: Deep breathing before bed can relax our body and mind, making it easier to fall asleep and enjoy a more satisfying night's rest. It can function as a gentle lullaby for our mind, body and soul.

5. Increased Energy: Conscious breathing techniques can invigorate our body’s energy storage, boosting oxygen levels and reducing C02 temporarily. It's like giving ourselves a natural energy increase without use of any substances.

6. Emotional Release: Breathing consciously can help us release pent-up emotions and tensions stored in our body, promoting emotional healing and well-being. It's often like letting go of a heavy burden, feeling lighter, freer and more grounded afterwards.

7. Improved Self-awareness: By paying attention to our breath, we become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, fostering greater self-understanding and insight. This ability then becomes available for us to implement during our daily lives.

8. Strengthened Resilience: Regular practice of emotional breathwork can build our resilience to stress and adversity, helping us to cope more efficiently with life's challenges. It's like building emotional muscles that make us stronger whenever dealing with adversity.

9. Better Relationships: Conscious breathing can enhance our communication skills and empathy levels, allowing us to connect more deeply with others and build and maintain healthier relationships. By breathing consciously during a session we emotionally prepare ourselves for when we need the support of our breath during interactions with others, enhancing our emotional awareness.

In essence, emotional breathwork offers a holistic approach to improving our overall well-being, touching every aspect of our being – while connecting mind, body, and soul.

Hello, welcome to Inter2Action, let me introduce myself.

My name is Thongbotho Boekel and I am a certified breathwork facilitator and coach.

Through my personal exploration of various forms of energy work for over 25 years I have found breathwork to be the most powerful tool I have thus far discovered.

I believe the power of our breath can be used to create a direct connection between our physical, mental, and emotional state of being.

By integrating breathwork as a practice into my daily life I have managed to enhance my awareness, deepen personal relationships and I found a way to deal with personal addiction dynamics.

For me personally to accomplish this carries such a significance that my mission has become to offer my support to make other people’s lives more meaningful, engaging and fulfilled.

“Breath is the bridge that connects life to consciousness, which unites our body to our thoughts.”

When we share our emotional development process, we enable healing and integration on a much deeper level than going through this individually.

Because it is possible to enter a state of emotional vulnerability once we embark on the path of practicing breathwork it can be immensely helpful for us to be able to share this journey of our personal development process in which we explore these new dimensions together with others.

This not only strengthens our resolve to create lasting changes in our personal lives but also allows healing to take place on both individual and communal levels which may in turn support the release of traumatic experiences from our past.

We are not alone.

Learn to discover how we can align ourselves with others during our personal interactions with individuals in our intimate circle.

Achieving this results in the reduction of stress, frustration, and conflict while replacing these negative emotions and experiences with a sense of transparency, sincerity and the cultivation of connectedness.

Accepting the inevitability of change allows us to choose the direction we want to change towards.

By embracing this universal law we empower ourselves to make decisions in the here and now that shall facilitate our future vision to become a reality.

The empowerment of acceptance of the present and steering towards alignment with our designated goals can help to facilitate growth on both conscious and practical levels.
