Welcome to Inter2Action.
My name is Thongbotho Boekel and I am a certified breathwork facilitator and coach. From an early age I started to explore ways to enhance my individual wellbeing through personal development. On this journey I have found breathwork to be the most potent tool for personal growth and awareness enhancement.
I firmly believe in the power of our breath as an essential teacher to enable us to connect our physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. When we release attachment to our mind and breathe into our physical body, our consciousness expands. This allows us to observe and direct our behavior and enhance our conscious awareness within our interaction dynamics with others.
Breathwork in Daily Life
Integrating breathwork into my daily life has amplified my awareness, deepened personal relationships, and helped me tackle addiction issues. These achievements hold such significance that my mission is now to help others lead more fulfilling, engaging, and meaningful lives.
Through articles, vocal discourses, and outlined exercises, we embark on a journey of self-exploration. Implementing these practices in our lives empowers us to take control of our future development, preparing and planning for growth.
This website offers valuable tools to facilitate this process, including:
Conscious connected breathwork exercises, with the option to join free monthly online group sessions to boost awareness and energy levels.
Insightful articles exploring the workings of the subconscious and unconscious mind, offering techniques to enhance our personal awareness within our interactions and improve upon our interaction dynamics.
Vocal discourses with samples on the site and a link to an app database, where additional content will be made available over time.
Why is this important?
Our primary goal is to apply these techniques in real-life situations, navigating daily interaction challenges with greater efficiency. By identifying and intercepting subconscious and unconscious behavioral patterns, we can replace these with conscious interaction and decision-making.
Incorporating mindfulness exercises into our daily routines not only benefits our individual well-being but also bolsters our self-esteem. Cultivating deeper insight into our personal characteristics maximizes the effectiveness of these techniques and provides a more solid foundation from which to develop ourselves further.
By examining real-life examples, we become adept at identifying reactive, subconscious, or unconscious patterns within ourselves and during interactions with others, guiding these interactions towards more positive and productive outcomes.
Practicing recognition of recurring situations wherein specific recognizable patterns manifest enables us to intervene during our interactions, diffusing tension by implementing conscious breathing techniques. As a result, we reduce the build up of tensions and frustration and prevent conflicts in our relationships with those closest to us.
Transforming our subconscious and unconscious behavior into conscious interactions leads to more fulfilling and satisfying relationships where understanding our interaction partners becomes the essence while maintaining personal authenticity. This ability has a profound impact on the sustainability of our personal relationships and compliments our interactions by providing deeper intimacy and connectedness.
Through these steps, we become more capable of determining our individual triggers during our interactions. Cultivating a supportive framework to accept others as they are becomes more easily attainable.
Many unconscious behavioral patterns inadvertently cause friction, especially with those in our intimate circles, therefore creating awareness in how to prevent unnecessary stress for ourselves and our interaction partners to manifest will be inherently valuable. By committing to practice awareness during our interactions, we can detect, intercept and transform patterns within ourselves and others, making our present and future interactions more sustainable and fulfilling.
